Dear Sisters,

As July’s new moon graces the sky , we invite you to join us for a sacred gathering by the shores of Altea Beach. The week of the new moon is a powerful time of renewal and rebirth—a cosmic reset that invites us to release what no longer serves us and plant seeds of intention for the month ahead.

When: Thursday, July 16th
Time: 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Where: Altea Beach

In this lunar phase, we find clarity and possibility. This is our moment to pause, reflect, and honor the changes and transitions flowing through our lives. Together, we will create a nurturing circle where women can gather in sisterhood to share our stories, process our experiences, and support one another with open hearts.

The rhythm of the waves and the embrace of the summer evening will hold us as we connect deeply—with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural cycles that guide us.

Please bring a blanket, your favorite tea or beverage, and an open heart ready to receive and give.

Feel free to invite other women who are seeking connection, healing, and community. Together, we’ll weave a beautiful tapestry of shared wisdom, empowerment, and intention under the stars.

About this week end
I want to take a moment to honor everyone living with ADHD and ASD– and all those who walk beside them.

🌈🫶Being cherished and understood 🫶🌈

People with ADHD and ASD deserve to be fully included, understood and loved exactly as they are*
Respect and gratitude to the families, parents, friends and caregivers who support a neurodivergent loved one every day. Your patience, advocacy and love truly matter.

💕Acceptance, patience, inclusion💕

What many of us need most is not to be “fixed”, but to feel:
- Accepted
- Listened to
- Included

Learning acceptance ,patience and understanding is a journey for everyone involved.

😇Emotional management and daily practice

Emotions are not the enemy; they are information.
Learning to manage emotions is a skill that can be practiced every day: noticing, naming and gradually processing what we feel instead of judging it.

🌟Science, micronutrition and the body–brain connection🌟

Emerging research is exploring how micronutrition, epigenetics and the exposome( our total environmental exposures) may support brain health and emotional regulation.
Nutrients such as omega‑3, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D etc

Supporting the whole family🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏻
Guidance and support should not focus only on the child or diagnosed person.
Parents, siblings and other family members ,also need:
- Information
- Emotional support
- Practical strategies

When the whole system is supported, everyone can breathe a bit easier.

We help each other by choosing **inclusion** every day:
by listening instead of judging, adapting instead of excluding, and remembering that neurodivergent brains are not broken – they are different, and deeply worthy of respect.
