The return to routine doesn’t have to mean running yourself into the ground.

As life gets busier, we burn through magnesium faster, and many people aren’t getting enough to begin with.

That’s one reason I always make magnesium part of my routine before I focus on anything else. It supports healthy sleep, stress resilience, steady energy, immune function, and so much more. I’ve been using Magnesium Breakthrough because it contains seven highly bioavailable forms of magnesium in one supplement for broader coverage. If you’re looking to reset your routine this season, now is a great time.

20% off Magnesium Breakthrough capsules & drinks, plus free gifts on select purchases.

Maybe we don’t need more health information. Maybe we need more clarity.

There is so much advice coming at us every day — what to eat, what not to eat, what to test, what to track, what supplement we suddenly need. And even after all these years working in wellness, I can feel the weight of it too.

It’s been a good reminder for me that health isn’t about consuming every piece of information available to us. Sometimes it’s about quieting everything down enough to figure out what actually matters for you.

Less noise. More intention. More trust in ourselves. 🤍

Pickleball has quickly become one of my favorite ways to move, laugh, and have fun. 🏓

There’s something about being outside, getting a little competitive, and sharing a few good rallies with friends that always leaves me feeling energized and happy.

Movement doesn’t have to feel like a chore. It can be playful, social, and something you genuinely look forward to.

And yes, I’m always here for a cute pickleball outfit, too. 🤍

My supplement routine isn’t static. I stay on top of my own biomarkers with and adjust based on what actually shows up in my bloodwork rather than getting stuck in a routine that’s not actually serving my body’s needs.

People ask all the time what I’m currently taking, so I’m sharing it this week on my Substack, my real protocol as of right now. It starts with at least sixteen ounces of water before I let myself have coffee, and ten supplements to start my morning.

This week is the morning half. I’m walking through why I take each one, when and the brands I actually trust and use myself. Next week I’ll share the nighttime half.

The full breakdown, every supplement, every dose, every reason, is live on my Substack now. Link in bio.

Protein has had the wellness world in a chokehold for a while… but I’m very happy to see fiber finally getting some attention. 👏

Fiber plays a role in so much more than keeping you regular. It supports your gut microbiome, digestion, blood sugar regulation and can help keep you feeling satisfied after meals.

And unlike a lot of wellness trends, this isn’t something you need a new powder, gadget or complicated protocol for.
Beans. Lentils. Vegetables. Berries. Seeds. Whole grains.

Sometimes the basics deserve the hype. 🌱

Are you getting enough fiber every day?

Fatigue, hair loss, brain fog, feeling cold…

These symptoms are often blamed on the thyroid alone, but iron status can play an important role too.

That’s why I rarely look at thyroid markers without also reviewing ferritin, iron studies, and a CBC. Looking at the whole picture often provides much more insight than focusing on a single lab value.

If you’re struggling with persistent symptoms, don’t guess. Test, review your labs carefully, and work with someone who can help connect the dots.

Have you ever had your ferritin checked?

Food can be nourishing without feeling like a prescription.

Crunchy. Refreshing. Nourishing.
Comforting. Satisfying. Restorative. 🌱

I think one of the best things we can do for our health is build meals around foods that make us feel good AND bring us joy.

Some days that looks like a big crunchy salad. Other days, it’s a warm bowl of pasta or a comforting soup.

Healthy eating gets to look like all of it. 🤍

I teach people to catch things early. I almost didn’t.

When I first noticed a tiny white spot on my nose, I got it checked. The biopsy came back negative, and I thought that was the end of it.

But it didn’t go away.

Something in me kept saying to go back, so I did. A second biopsy with a Mohs surgeon gave me a very different answer: basal cell carcinoma.

What followed was much more involved than I expected — surgery, stitches, weeks of bruising and healing, and eventually having to be restitched when I knew something about my recovery didn’t look right.

The irony wasn’t lost on me. I’ve spent years telling my clients not to accept “everything looks fine” when something in their body is telling them otherwise. And then I found myself having to take my own advice.

So this is your reminder: if something doesn’t go away, keep asking questions. Get your skin checks.

Follow up.
Get another opinion when you need one.

A reassuring answer doesn’t mean you have to stop paying attention to your own body.

I’m so grateful I didn’t.

I shared the full story including the parts of recovery I really wasn’t prepared for on Substack. Link in bio. 🤍

I love health data.

I love being able to see patterns in my sleep, movement and recovery.

But I don’t think a device should get the final say on how you feel.

If you wake up feeling rested and energized, then see a low recovery score and suddenly decide you’re exhausted… it might be time to put the data back in its place.

Wearables can be incredible tools for understanding your body. They shouldn’t replace your relationship with it.

Use the information. Notice the patterns. Get curious.

But before you check your score tomorrow morning, ask yourself first: How do I actually feel?

One of the most important conversations in healthy aging is happening at the cellular level.

As we age, NAD+ levels naturally decline, which can impact cellular energy production and overall cellular function. That’s why I’m always interested in ingredients that support healthy aging from the inside out.

Optimized NAD+ NMN with Resveratrol Elite combines NMN, a precursor to NAD+, with resveratrol as well as quercetin and fisetin: compounds that have been studied for supporting cellular health and healthy aging, cardiovascular health, and cognitive function.

When it comes to healthy aging, I’m interested in supporting the foundations of health.
