Os invitamos a la proyección de Amma’s Way. Un abrazo al mundo, un documental dirigido por la cineasta italiana Anna Agnelli.
La película nos acerca a la vida de Amma (Mata Amritanandamayi), líder espiritual y humanitaria que ha inspirado a millones de personas. A través de la vida cotidiana en su ashram de Kerala y de diversos testimonios, conoceremos también su extensa labor humanitaria en los ámbitos de la salud, la educación, la vivienda y la ayuda ante catástrofes.

Mantra idea: I am already healed and I am already whole.

Healing is a path, and the key is enjoying the ride. It can be easy to slip into sensation that something always needs fixing with a diet tweak, a new exercise regime, or a change in habit. And while there is always work to be done, this does not mean that where to are right now isn’t exactly where you are meant to be.

The energy works in mysterious ways, and remaining faithful to ourselves and grounded in our own little reality is really, really important.

It helps keep striving and strain out of the healing path. I am already healed and already whole is just like saying “I accept who I am here and now”.

Keep going.

Love your 🫶 3️⃣ exercises for the upper body to promote lymphatic drainage.

These are easy and safe, so follow along and let me know how you get on.

In general terms, much of the lymph from the upper body, including the arms and around the shoulder blades and ribs, drains towards the armpits. All too often we hold tension in this area because of small muscles.

(The technical part: muscles like subscapularis, coracobrachialis, and sub clavicular.)

These muscles are not as biddable as the bigger ones around them, so weakness, tension, or old injuries, can lead to compensation patterns and poor posture.

Rounded shoulders, tight chest and hyperextended elbows are super common and all affect lymph drainage into the armpit. Physical barriers to lymph drainage are real!

The human arm is a very particular structure, and keeping the thumb and wrist stretchy and mobile will help of the hand and fingers.

Hey my dears - summer and the silly season is nearly upon us. As many of you know, I shift gears in June to give more space for my musical endeavors.

Next month (June 2026), I plan to work 3.5 days per week, as I already have weekend dj bookings.

It really helps me if you can book in advance. There is a physical limit to how many massages I can do in a day or a week. So, while I always try my best to honor last-minute bookings, my hands prefer advance planning.
