Thank you Anna for inviting me to co-host this workshop with you, it was exactly what i needed to start this season: herbal crafting & wholesome reflective conversations 🌟✨
We talked about the story behind this recipe, how easy it is to adapt to one’s preference and the health benefits of every single seasonal ingredients. Who knew such a simple herbal preparation could hold such potent magic!! I will say i might have overdone it with the amount of cayenne pepper i put in mine cause it is very much spicy alright, i can’t say you all didn’t try to warn me 😂🤭
After every single one of us finished crafting our very own fire cider jar, Anna guided us with intimate and heartopening questions to help us reflect on the change of season, our habits but also our connection to others at this time of the year. It was so nice to hear everyone’s perspective and really get to know each other on a deeper level. Thank you for this moment of true girlhood 🫶🏼✨
We hosted this worksop in in the neighborhood of Gracia and this was such a special discovery for me, a natural beverage shop with the most amazing selection of alcohol-free drinks made with botanicals.
