Hello sisters!

I am excited to share with you a passion project of mine.

The Wom+n´s Work Collective: is a new initiative offering intimate healing circles for women by women. Our collective of professional healers, guides and plant medicine providers believe that it is a fundamental human right to have access to high quality, high value healing and wellness programs that are also economically accessible.

Why We are Different: This is not just a day of ceremony but a full retreat program filled with preparation & integration support, intentional workshops, sharing circles, and practices designed to support your transformational work and strengthen community ties.

About the Organizer: My name is Jessica Grotfeldt. I have been working as a professional retreat organizer, medicine ceremony leader and integrative medicine therapist for over 16 years in the US, Mexico, South America and now in the legal psilocybin space in the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.

Next Retreat: March 28th-30th is our next urban retreat. There is another planned in honor of the summer solstice in late May/early June. **Individual sessions available throughout the year.

Giving thanks for all those who have gone bravely before us snd paved the way. All Souls Day and the Day of the Dead offer us a chance to celebrate life in all its complexity. Tonight we gather and tell the stories of our loved ones and laugh and cry and remember all the beautiful threads that make up the tapestry of our existence. It is a good time to ask ourselves what are we leaving behind? What legacy? What gifts? What lessons? What joy do we bring? What challenge can we undertake to heal ourselves, our family lineage, our communities, friendships…. What steps are we taking to pave the way for those who come after us? , , , ,

Today is the Full Moon of the Harvest and we will be celebrating the Elements in Ceremony and sharing a special live water ceremony together at the Psilocybin Summit!

WATER CEREMONY: 💧
We are Water Beings from a Water Planet. Water makes up roughly 70% of our bodies, and also occupied 70% of the surface of the Earth. 🌎

Water isn’t an important resource it is VITAL for our EXISTENCE as a member of the unique eco system of our planet. So working with Water in ceremony is working with the most POWERFUL MEDICINE there is.

Lessons:
1) STATES OF WATER: There is….💧

is a time for us to embody the sheer force of a WATERFALL and make a BOLD LEAP into the unknown, 💦

a time to embody the PATIENCE of the STREAM which, over time, can create something as great as a CANYON. 🏞

A time to embody the RIVER which comes to the obstacle of a BOULDER and finds CREATIVE ways to FLOW AROUND what is in the way of it’s progress. 🏔

2) WASHING CLEAN: 💧
-Water reached us the importance of keeping our MINDS, BODIES, and RELATIONSHIPS….CLEAR and FREE of TOXICITY.

3) VIBRATIONS: 🌀
Water responds to the slightest provocation. A wisp of breathe or step of our feet registers on its surface. This reminds us of the impact that our actions, words, and movements have on our environment , ourselves and our relationships. I am grateful for the thoughtfulness and delicacy that water has taught me.

When I think of the Wind element I somehow always think of the Buddhist wisdom….I AM the SKY, ……NOT the CLOUDS….. Experiences come and go, there are good times and bad but “I” remain.

Today on  I honor all of the amazing women who, despite the obstacles and the naysayers, continue to pursue their dreams.

To the single mom who had to study for the Bar exam for 10 years because she had to juggle multiple jobs and child rearing,

To the bone cancer survivor set to be the youngest woman ever to go to space

To the women whose days never seem to end; showing up for their partners, children and families every single day and night; organizing dinners, and birthdays and appointments, and....

To the women who choose to be single in a world where unattached woman are often judged or worse, in danger.

And to the amazing women leading the way in the field of psychedelic medicine. I am honored to know so many incredible, powerful, dedicated and generous women healers. Thank you so much for your work!
