Year after year, this never seems to change…

There’s more harm than good done – for ourselves AND for others – when treating our bodies as objects that need to be “fixed” each year.

It puts our body and mind under a lot of stress and pressure. Takes focus away from things that really matter. Neglects our well-being. Takes away a huge chunk from enjoyment and pleasure.
And for what?

It’s a radical act in this world to accept your body as it is, without trying to change it. It might not be the easiest road, but definitely the most rewarding and liberating one in the long run.

I started a daily movement challenge to reconnect with my body 💛

After months and months of intense health problems, I’ve struggled to bring movement back into my life.

I’ve already tried various things, but my weakness has won over and over again. So now I’m trying another approach!

The idea is to move my body, daily, to feel stronger and more capable again. And to post it here for more accountability! Still doing it for myself and not for others.

The “rules”:
• can be any kind of movement – walking, yoga, beach volley, running, gym, dancing, BUT social dancing doesn’t count lol
• preferably before 1 pm, to start the day connected and active, but especially if it’s group activity can also be later
• rather outside if the weather allows, to leave the house for a bit, but indoors is also ok haha
• minimum 30 minutes

And I’d love to be active WITH people, so feel free to suggest or invite me to move with you 🥰 Preferably no cost activities, and me being able to go my own pace 🫶🏼

Can’t wait to feel stronger again ❤️‍🩹
