🧠 Once again, at Lura Care we want to support the new edition of 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝘇𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 promoted by Alzheimer's Disease International, which this year focuses on the importance of early diagnosis under the theme ‘𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗼: 𝗔 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀’.
🦷 Every day, we look after many people living with Alzheimer’s disease, other forms of dementia or varying degrees of cognitive impairment, bringing our 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 directly to their place of residence, as their condition prevents them from travelling to a dental surgery to receive the care they need.
⚠️ Our work makes us particularly aware of the importance of early diagnosis and prevention, and of the need to provide information and raise awareness about the 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮.
🫶🏻 We encourage individuals and organisations to do their bit by spreading the word about the campaign, aware of the importance of a joint effort to improve diagnosis and support for both people living with Alzheimer’s disease, their families and carers who look after their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
