Working-out with friends and likeminded people can act as a great motivator. They'll push you when you're not at your best and you can return the favour when it's your turn. Try joining a group fitness class or why not sign up together at the gym.

Great workout last night Troopers!

Congratulations once again to Chris Atto for winning the plank-off with a tremendous time of 4 minutues and 30 seconds. Still a little confused as to how you did it! Tips please!

Also well done to Ben who somehow mananaged to get through the class with a sprained ankle! Now that's dedication.

I'll see you all next Tuesday at the usual time and place!

Hello and Happy 2016 Abfabsters!!

Abfab will be kicking off in style on Tuesday, January 12th at 7:30pm at the usual spot (Av. Libertador and Av. Bullrich). It's freshly groomed and ready to go!

For the month of January (or until there is demand) Abfab will run on Tuesdays only.

Class prices
Drop in - $80.
4 classes (monthly) $240 ($60 per class).
As always, the first class is FREE for newcomers.

Looking forward to it troopers, Lets get FIT!
