A really good week in clinic this week.

It’s been lovely to see patients making progress, while also taking a little time to slow down and recharge. Feeling very grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the world and to spend some quality time with family enjoying the sights of Seville.

We’ve also been trialling a new device in clinic to support stress and health monitoring, which has been really interesting so far.

With Bernard also back from holiday on 5 June, we’re getting ready for a busy summer season ahead and feeling refreshed and ready for it.

Very grateful for the balance this week of work, rest and family time. Looking forward to what summer brings ☀️
