Our homecare service provides nursing and care support to clients in their own homes, with our experienced staff undertaking a range of duties which ensure that clients maintain as much independence as possible. As the Spanish system expects that family assist with care in the private clinics and the social security hospitals, we can also offer care on a one to one basis in the clinics, helping with personal care and expediting recovery, and prevention of bed sores, etc.
Our nurses are available day & night and provide nursing care, advice and professional input on exercises, wound care, rehabilitation as well as injections, enemas, etc.
This can be on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis.
Our qualified services offer:
·Diabetic care and advice. Blood sugar monitored and advice given for maintenance.
·Blood pressure levels monitored and advice given for maintenance.
·all types of wound dressings, whether long term (like leg ulcers, and bed sores) or post surgery, can be attended in the privacy of your own home, liaising with your G.P. or specialist, and using the best and most effective treatments.
·Enemas for preoperative procedures or for blockage under medical supervision and other bowel management.
·Administration of Injections and vaccinations, as well as Assistance to understand medications and administration.
·terminal and palliative care, offering dignity and symptom control, with TLC, for those wishing to die in the comfort of their own home. We also help coordinate (with the doctors) your pain management. The care extends to the whole family network, as required, and Angels offers their continuing support if required to make funeral arrangements, etc.

·24 hour care available in your own home, especially when for the elderly, bedridden, or with clients who are seriously ill.
