A lovely friendly group who meet on Sunday mornings on the beach in Carvajal to dip in the sea

August brings lots more people to the beaches and parking is very difficult in our normal spot. We are now dipping at 9am on Playa San Francisco beach - near the "T" rocks in the bay. Change of Dipping spot today. The waves are very choppy down carvajal, so we will meet at fuengirola Bay 9.30am if anyone cares to join us for a dip and some mulled w**e ⚘️

I don't know if anyone else caught this programme on the BBC regarding the benefits of Cold Water Dipping (showers)? If was made by the late, great Michael Mosley just before he passed. It's worth a watch
