I earned my yoga teaching certification through CorePower Yoga in San Diego, CA in 2010. I currently live in Valencia, Spain and love the community of international yogis we

've created through our classes. Classes are currently held weekly on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the riverbed near the City of Arts and Sciences. Online classes to celebrate the New Moon and Full Moon are also offered. Stay updated on Facebook for class times and cancelations. I also host events at various restaurants in the city (Yoga and Wine, Yoga and Brunch, Full Moon Yoga at the Beach, etc) and international yoga retreats. It's that time of year again 🎂! It's my birthday week and I'd love to share it with you!..
Come celebrate with me on Friday, June 12th (my actual, birthday, yes!).
We will have our regular yoga in the park at 10.30, followed by an optional potluck picnic in the park. Bring along something to share 🍪 🍉 🥂 and we'll enjoy some time together celebrating. Getting older is the greatest gift and I'm so grateful for all the love, friendship, support and connection you all bring to my life. I wouldn't be where I am today, with our YOU!

It's June! Summer is just around the corner and I'm loving the energy in the city.

🌴 Yoga in the park on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

No need to reserve for yoga in the park. Location is pinned to my profile. Please bring cash and pay upon arrival. You'll need to bring a mat or towel and water. If you'd like to pay online or rent a mat, please let me know in advance and I'll send more details.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Tuesday, June 2, Flow to Yin in Ruzafa at 19.30. Our final class of the season, followed by an optional dinner afterwards! Drop-in is 14€, message me to reserve your spot.

🎂 Friday, June 12th, I'd love to have you join me for yoga in the park, followed by a potluck picnic to celebrate my birthday!

🕺 Wednesday, June 17th, class will be slightly earlier from 10.00 - 11.00, as my son has a special school performance that morning. Coffee chats are still on for the rest of the group.

🌊 I will be away from June 20th to July 20th for two retreats in Croatia, followed by a family holiday.

☀️ Yoga in the park will continue from July 20th, with our summer hours. Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10.30, and Sundays at 19.00.

A special version of our Tuesday night class is coming up this week. Flow + MyoYin. May 19th.

Myoyin connects the healing properties of yin yoga and myofascial release with our self-massage balls.

We will warm up the body with a gentle flow, and then settle into yin yoga with our myofascial balls on specific pressure points. This technique massages the connective tissues, releasing pain, stress and tension in the body.

A blissful release!
