Truth: Courage means moving forward even with fear present.

Hello Amazing Soul,

Last week we explored how fear shows up in 5 chakras, but I saved two very important ones for today: the Sacral and the Crown.

The Sacral Chakra (lower belly) is your centre for creativity, flow and intimacy. Fear here can look like creative blocks, avoidance of vulnerability, or feeling uninspired. Healing often comes through movement, water, and play.

The Crown Chakra (top of head) is your connection to Spirit, Source, and trust in the bigger picture. Fear here can feel like disconnection, distrust, or a fear of surrender. Healing can come through meditation, sound, and moments of stillness under the sky.

Both chakras remind us that fear isn’t something to suppress; it’s a signal guiding us back to alignment.

Fear can feel heavy, but sound has a magical way of shifting that energy.

Here’s a simple 5-minute sound ritual you can try anytime fear shows up:

Sit somewhere quiet, close your eyes, and take 3 deep breaths.

Strike a singing bowl or simply hum if you don’t have one.

Imagine the sound waves moving through your body.

With each vibration, imagine fear dissolving.

Place your hands on your heart, and allow yourself to feel safe again.

Try this before sleep, after a stressful day, or whenever your energy feels tense.

This week we’ve been diving deep into fear and limiting beliefs, and what a journey it’s been.

Fear often pretends to be truth. It shows up in the body as tension, in the mind as overthinking, and in the heart as self-doubt. But when we slow down, breathe, and reconnect, fear begins to soften.

Here are 5 simple ways we explored this week to shift fear into freedom:

1. Notice where fear lives in your body — awareness is always the first step.

2. 3-breath practice — pause, breathe, and create just a few seconds of calm.

3. Ask: Is this fear or intuition? — one limits you, the other expands you.

4. Balance your chakras — fear is energy, and energy can be released.

5. Remember: Fear is not truth — it’s just energy passing through.

The magic is this: You don’t have to “fight” fear.

You can meet it with gentleness, with awareness, and with love. That’s how it begins to shift.

Remember, it’s not about “never feeling fear again” — it’s about recognising it, softening it, and choosing to move forward anyway.
