What a view! Sometimes your office view is so breathtaking that work becomes a real privilege. I was very lucky to also see a dolphin!

I am so blessed to be a massage therapist and that even after nearly 20 years, I still love every massage and every experience!

Massaging a pregnant lady is beyond special, it’s a nurturing experience and is completely different to a standard treatment and this variety keeps my massages fresh and always evolving to the needs of my clients.

Massages in the comfort of your own home are also wonderful as you can nip into bed straight afterwards for a relaxing nap no matter what time of the day it is.

Well well the dawn of a new era is finally here! What an amazing achievement by the Resonance family.

She’s a real trooper, incredibly resilient and her positive attitude to life has definitely contributed to her longevity!

We love her very much and feel honoured and blessed to have taken her for her birthday lunch at the brilliant Greyhound Country Inn at Fenny Bridges near Honiton. .

Hiking the Camino al Cor de Jesús in Esporles is a strenuous 40mins up hill mission at the best of times but after I broke my femur four years ago, a walk like this usually resulted in various leg and glute discomfort.

HOWEVER…

This time, I decided to put on some socks and I went up and down that mountain like a gazelle! No pain during or afterwards… I could not believe it!

This new innovative company is launching soon and I can not recommend them highly enough.

This is truly bonkers!

On a quick one-hour round trip to Decathlon to grab some last-minute thermals for Izzy’s ski trip, this happened...

Within our one hour round trip, we saw the following numbers on car registration number plates. It was obviously not in this order but we did eventually see them all!

000
111
222
333
444
555
666
777
888
999

And then just when we thought the universe couldn’t possibly top those, we also saw 4444, 6666 and 9999!

By the time we saw the final three 111 to finish off the set, we were literally bouncing off our seats in total amazement and awe shouting out ‘no way’, ‘did you see it?’ and ‘are you serious?’ The universe was definitely sending us a very special message!

From a numerology and angel number perspective, the numbers mean:

• 000 Infinite potential. A reset. A reminder that anything is possible.
• 111 Alignment with your thoughts. Manifestation energy.
• 222 Trust the path. Harmony is unfolding.
• 333 Divine support. You’re not doing this alone.
• 444 Protection and stability. Strong foundations.
• 555 Change is coming and it’s positive.
• 666 Realignment. Bring your thoughts back to love.
• 777 Spiritual awakening. Inner wisdom activated.
• 888 Abundance flowing.
• 999 Completion. An ending that makes space for a new beginning.

And then the amplified numbers 4444, 6666, 9999 felt like the volume being turned up!

Seeing angel numbers always brings a smile to my face and a reminder for me that the universe has got my back even when times are super tricky. EVERYONE has their challenges so a little light relief in an angel number is all it takes to shift your energy from despair to hope.

It was a trip we will definitely never forget.

2025 was unforgettable - challenging, necessary and transformative.

A year of courage, boundaries and expansion.

Today I quietly celebrate one full year of sobriety inspired by the lovely .

I feel physically and mentally stronger than ever, I am so proud of myself and amazed at how easy it was once I got started.

My mission this year was also self-love. I invested in myself and discovered what truly makes my heart sing and how to nurture myself along the way.

I am stepping into 2026 clearer, steadier and deeply thankful for the woman I’m becoming.

Wow this has been the most tastiest Christmas lunch I have ever had! Everything was truly delicious and to top it off, I was given a stocking by Santa!

I think what made lunch so magical and taste so good was that everyone was involved. We all had different jobs to do and it came together brilliantly!

I am grateful to my sister Nic, hubby John, niece Emma and nephew Tom for making today memorable, fun and so magic!

Feeling blessed… to absent family and friends, you were missed of course but never far from our thoughts.

Now back to my jigsaw puzzle! 🧩
