Some children don’t explode.
They don’t shout.
They don’t throw things.
They don’t always look like they’re struggling.
They go quiet.
They say “I’m fine.”
They stop letting you in.
They disappear into screens.
They become “easy.”
But easy isn’t always calm.
Sometimes the child who worries us most isn’t the loud one.
Sometimes it’s the child carrying what they can’t explain.
At The Breathing Space Project, we help children understand themselves through:
Connect. Move. Breathe. Notice.
Because children don’t need to be forced into calm.
They need safe ways to come back to themselves.
