Still soaking in the magic of the Wilderness & Sound Retreat 🌿

Music, breathwork, sound healing, movement, nature, connection…
Everything came together so naturally this week in Malaga.

Loveeeee how we create a family where we trust each other.

There’s something incredibly powerful about working with the right music, the instruments, the energy in the space and the openness of the people.

Watching participants soften, release, reconnect and completely shift into another state of being… it honestly feels like magic every single time.

This work is one of my biggest passions.
Creating experiences where people can step out of the mind and reconnect with their body, emotions and inner world through music, breathwork and sound.

And feeling how deeply it touched the participants — many calling it life-changing — is something I’m still deeply grateful for. 🤍

Still integrating. Still feeling it.

And oh my, some of them come back next year.

Somewhere along the way, we learned to be everything… except ourselves.

Río, my little teacher of life…

Looking at him, every day, over and over again,
he shows me what no book can ever teach me.
No other person in life can teach me what he does.

I just need to follow his pace —
his kindness, his curiosity,
his don’t-give-a-sh*t attitude,
his unapologetic way of asking for whatever he wants.

His joy, his strength, his openness, his bravery.
His happiness is so real, so pure.

All the bu****it of life disappears
when I follow his way of living.

As adults, we get lost in this world of thoughts,
where we feel like we have to be so much.

But we don’t need to be much.
We need to be humble and kind.
And let our soul, our creativity, be seen —
gently, without burning out.

For who are we rushing, really?
Before we know it, we take our last breath.

Children show us the way.

I enjoy every minute with him.

I love him so, so much… it almost hurts.

And I will always make sure
he can grow into whoever he wants to be.

Lately I’ve been spending almost all my time with my little boy, and I’m enjoying every moment of it 🤍

Being a mother fills my days in the most beautiful way. At the same time, the moments I guide sessions feel like a space where I reconnect with my own sense of autonomy.

Holding space through breath and sound reminds me how much I love this work. It brings me so much joy to share these journeys with others.

Music is everything to me.
