I was just thinking lately about this question of how we live in the age of quick advice and quick goals, we want a secret recipe with next to zero effort… like a secret spell 🔮
And the truth is there is no shortcut to happiness and sometimes you have to create time for your practice yourself, not someone else to motivate you but you yourself . And when we stop putting blame on others we realize the ultimate freedom ( to some extent 🤭as we know how it goes in the world of yoga and karma 🤍)

I was thinking how in summer the practice feels both easier and more challenging at the same time for many people.

So many distractions, that it feels like the greatest achievement is simply to show up (read step) on the mat.

And as Krishna Das said
“What we call bliss is just a little less pain”

But I would add that that “less pain” is absolutely blissful 🤍 wrapped in all layers of avidya.

Practice might look different every day but if you let go of unrealistic expectations magic will happen 🌞

If you want to practice with me online anywhere in the world and at any time I have already some classes on Hero Hero App ( link in Bio) 🤍
