August's full moon is the Sturgeon moon which alludes to the season when these fish are plentiful and easily caught. With this in mind, tonight is an ideal time to think about the abundance in your life and what you are grateful for.

Here are some examples of full moon mantras to show gratitude:

♡ "I am grateful for all of the blessings in my life"

♡ "I trust in the universe's abundance and express gratitude for all that I have"

♡ "I am thankful for the present moment and the abundance it brings".

Choose one that resonates with you, or feel free to modify them to suit your personal energy.

Repeat your chosen mantra 3 times during the full moon as you reflect on the things that you are grateful for. If you have them, try holding a Clear Quartz to amplify your gratitude.

Also, don't forget to cleanse and charge your crystals x
