Some days stay with you.
This was one of them. 🤍

There was something really special about this room full of beautiful humans.

The laughter, the conversations, the quiet moments, the vulnerability, the connection and that feeling of everyone slowly letting go of whatever they had walked through the door carrying.

We created a little space away from the noise of everyday life, and for a few precious hours, nothing else mattered.

Just being present.
Together.

Thank you to every single person who trusted us with their time, their energy and a little piece of themselves.

Our hearts are very, very full. 🤍

Until the next PAUSE…

Love always

Your birthday is more than another year older.
It’s a moment to pause and honour the person you’ve become — and the person you’re becoming. ✨

Imagine gathering the people you love most, stepping away from the noise of everyday life, and giving yourself something you don’t often get…

Time to simply receive.

To breathe.
To soften.
To let go.
To be held by the sounds and surrounded by your favourite people.

Our private birthday sound baths create space for exactly that.

As the vibrations fill the room, busy minds begin to quiet, bodies soften and the group naturally settles into a deeper sense of connection.

And there’s something incredibly beautiful about celebrating you in this way — not with more noise, more rushing or more things to do…

…but with presence.

A shared experience that leaves everyone feeling relaxed, connected and perhaps a little more renewed than when they arrived.

Private sound baths are our love language. 🤍

Birthdays, milestones, intimate gatherings or simply a reason to bring your favourite people together — we’ll create a bespoke experience that feels truly yours.

Your people. Your moment. A beautiful way to begin another chapter.

SALT & SOUND
What happens when you receive the dual benefits to your health and wellbeing in the stillness of a salt room while being immersed in the gentle vibrations of sound?
You get an hour designed to help you slow down, soften and completely switch off.
Join me at Salt Space Hove for a unique Salt & Sound experience, combining the tranquil environment of the salt room with the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound.
As the sounds move through the space, allow yourselt to settle deeper into stillness — releasing the noise of the week, relaxing the body and creating space for the mind to quieten.
Sound can be a powerful invitation into deep relaxation, while the salt-room environment creates a beautiful setting to pause, breathe and simply receive.
No doing.
No rushing.
Just one hour to reset.
