Yay May✨🌸☀️ what month!

Between our retreats in Ibiza and Portugal, life has been full in the most beautiful way -so full that it took us a little time to come back online and find words for it all.

Because what happens in these spaces isn’t easy to translate into photos, especially when you’re less online and more present in real life.

This was our ‚She Shines‘ retreat in Ibiza ✨
And our hearts are full.

What a profound, beautiful, deep, wild, soft and light week ~all at the same time.
Real, raw and authentic.
No staged spiritual sightseeing. Just genuine connection, presence, freedom, and being fully alive.

With all of this:

Mornings of movement and stillness with the first sunlight ~mindfulness, somatics, and pranayama.
🧘🏻‍♀️Yoga that softened our bodies and opened our hearts.
Sound healing to recalibrate and rise 🎵✨🪶
A deep Alchemy Breathwork journey 🌬️to release, expand, and experience more freedom within ourselves.
Wisdom of Emotions workshops and spaces for honest connection and transformation 🤍🪭

Farm-to-table dinners 🥗under the night sky.
Barefoot beach walks and sea swims 🏝️
Hikes to secret cliffs.
Unexpected party bus moments and so much dancing💃🏼.
