And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life rarely goes according to plan. I’m proud that, whenever life asked me to choose, I tried to choose from love rather than fear.

Looking back, I don’t see a perfect journey. I see mistakes, unexpected turns, and so much learning.

I see three incredible children who have taught me more than anyone ever could.

I see a partner who stands by me, reminds me what a safe place feels like, and what is it to live life to the fullest 🙏

I see family, friends, and people who have carried me through seasons I couldn’t have navigated alone.

The greatest gifts in my life are the people who surround me ✨ Merci de faire partie de ma vie ✨

I don’t know what the next chapter will look like. 🥰🙌

But at 37, I know this: I’m deeply grateful for the life I have, for the choices that brought me here, and for the chance to wake up tomorrow and keep becoming.

Your face is a map of your energy 🙌

I once saw someone faint…
and come back to consciousness through pressure on this point.

Happy to introduce you to Ren Zhong (Chinese medicine) ✨
Located between the nose and the upper lip or at least, that’s the plan. Mine’s a bit freestyling 😂

This point :
→ stimulates the nervous system
→ emergency point
→ helps restore consciousness

But this is important.
This is not a magic gesture.
And it is not the first reflex.

If someone faints: check breathing, lay the person down, elevate the legs, secure the environment, call for help if needed 🙌

Only then, this point can be stimulated.
How to activate it:
Apply firm, steady pressure with your finger for a few seconds. 👌

🙏 Important nuance Do NOT move the person if:
• they had a violent fall
• there is a suspicion of trauma (head, neck, spine)
• there was an accident or impact
In that case: do not move them, secure the surroundings, call emergency services

Touch is powerful.

One year of discovering each other 🫶
Every layer, every truth.
Of showing up fully, without masks.
Of choosing, every single day, to nurture love.

To nurture our journey of love 💕

Choosing light.
Choosing abundance.
Choosing trust.
I didn’t think I would feel this again so soon.
When you’re a single mother, with three children, you sometimes tell yourself you’re coming back into the world with a label… a weight… as if your best years are behind you.

I had quietly placed myself into a box that was never truly mine.

And then, unexpectedly… love found me again.

A different kind of love.
Calmer. Healthier. Real.

A love that helped me rebuild balance for myself, for my children, for my heart.
A relationship grounded in shared values, respect, stability, and deep care.

At 36, the greatest gift is knowing what you want…
and even more, what you no longer accept.

It’s having made mistakes, learned from them, and being able to love differently. Better.

Today, I simply wanted to share this.
Because to my heart there is no energy more powerful than love.

And also to remind every woman, with children or without, that nothing is ever fixed.
That it’s never “too late.”
That life can still surprise you… deeply.

Mom life × 3 😅🥰

Raising three little souls so close in age isn’t easy… Before having kids, I thought I had energy and that I was a pretty balanced person 😂🙏
Now I’m growing a little tribe and some moments feel like pure chaos. I honestly don’t know how some moms manage to keep a perfectly tidy home and not a total gypsy camp…

And yet, in the middle of it all, there is so much love, so much life.
I’m learning that motherhood isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence.
Even on the hardest days, my heart is full of gratitude for these souls life chose to place in my arms.
They are my greatest teachers and mirrors 🤍🙏

More than 10 years ago, I left for India searching for the ultimate healing technique.
I believed there was a perfect sequence, a precise method that, if practiced every day, would guarantee health and balance.

After years of exploration…
walking barefoot through mountains, getting lost to find myself again, studying different medicines, and crossing paths with extraordinary teachers…
I came to a simple truth:

✨ There is no single technique.
There are as many paths as there are people.

Along the way, I discovered countless healing practices that I now share through my retreats and one-to-one sessions.
But the deepest realization of my 36 years has been this:

❂ The power of sound, music, and frequency ❂

We are like instruments, sometimes out of tune.
And while many tools can support our alignment…
sometimes the most powerful healing is simply:

Being in a safe space,
feeling free to be yourself,
listening to live music,
and letting your body move, dance, and express what’s inside 🙏

This is the therapy that touched me the most.
This is why today, I choose to celebrate life through movement, rhythm, and connection.

I’m so happy to gather with you tomorrow for this beautiful event, a space that has grown into something truly powerful, where you can explore your place within music and expression.
