But if you already have yours, you can still enjoy the eclipse safely by following these two essential tips:

✨ 1. Use only ISO 12312‑2 certified eclipse glasses.
They are the only ones approved for observing the eclipse without damaging your eyes.
Regular sunglasses —even polarized ones— are not suitable.
Never look at the eclipse without certified eclipse glasses.

✨ 2. Check the condition of the filter before using them.
If it’s scratched, marked, or damaged, do not use them. The protection must be in perfect condition.

📸 Planning to photograph the eclipse?
Remember that eclipse glasses do NOT protect your camera.
To photograph it safely, you need a solar filter specifically designed for cameras.
If you have one, this eclipse could be a beautiful opportunity to take part in our photography contest.
