Using the right mode makes APT easier and more effective.

Here is the simple rule:

💜 Mode 1
Use on the standard and specific acupuncture points.

💙 Mode 2
Use locally on the painful, sore, wounded, or affected area.

For example, if you are working on a sore back, you may torch locally with Mode 2, and also stimulate the correct acupuncture points with Mode 1.

APT is simple when you understand the basics.
