With this week, I'm taking a short holiday break and will be back with our regular beach and studio yoga classes in July. 🫶

While we may be away from the island, traveling, visiting family, or simply enjoying a different summer rhythm, our yoga practice doesn't have to stop.

So grateful for a year of showing up—on the mat and in life. 🙏
For the growth we didn’t always notice at first, the focus we kept returning to, and the quiet strength built one breath at a time.

Thank you to this beautiful community for the energy, trust, and shared practice throughout the year.
