CAN YOU DO THIS WITH YOUR TOES? 👣
If you can't, your feet may not be moving as well as they should.
Most of us rarely pay attention to how well our toes actually move.
Until something starts to hurt.
Try this now:
✅ Spread all your toes apart.
✅ Hold them there for 5 seconds.
✅ Now try moving your big toe without moving the others.
Not as easy as you expected?
Over time, our feet can gradually lose mobility — often without us even noticing.
And when your feet aren't moving properly, the effects don't necessarily stop at your feet.
➡️ Your walking pattern may change.
➡️ Your body may absorb impact less efficiently.
➡️ Your ankles, knees and even your back may start compensating.
Struggling with this little test doesn't necessarily mean there's something wrong.
But it can be a useful sign that your foot mobility is worth checking, particularly if you've also noticed stiffness, discomfort or changes in the way you walk.
Because healthy, mobile feet don't just help you walk.
They provide the foundation for how your whole body moves.
