A change of scenery. Decided to have a break in the mountains, in Andalucias highest village of Trevelez( 1500mtrs). I am certainly not built for them.😂. Leaving the village is great it’s mostly downhill. Trouble is it’s mostly uphill to get back so takes me twice as long. A well deserved coffee at the end

NEW WEBSITE

Hi everyone for the last 29yrs I have been working as a Clinical Sports Massage Therapist. I have been lucky and grateful enough to have worked on many prestigious events, such as Gladiators, World Indoor Athletics 2003, Stoke City and Hibernian football clubs.

The majority of my work in which is a great pleasure is to deal with, is all the everyday people such as mothers, fathers, disabled people and all the people who exercise on a regular basis. All these people have aches, pains , injuries, stress, tension. During all this time I have probably done at least 28,000 treatments.

I was aware early on in my career that emotions played a significant part in a persons recovery

So over the last few years and since I overcame a continual back problem which has been permanently resolved since I went on a course studying Hypnosis, NLP, and Timeline Therapy( TLT).

I now bring these skills plus others to help people overcome and manage chronic/long term pain.

Today I was in London. I just happened to turn on the television for a change:-

I worked on the second series as a massage therapist back in the 90’s, great times and the all the people were great

PAST LIVES
