What I eat in a day... As a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner (Part 1)

Featuring olive oil.

Their delicious olive oil comes in two forms: 'for the pan' and 'for the plate', so I can have the health benefits of olive oil all day long!

Used the yellow bottle 'for the pan' to cook up some eggs & enjoyed with an everything bagel + garden veggie cream cheese.

For a snack, drizzled some 'for the plate' olive oil over hummus and paired with crunchy cucumbers and pita chips.
