People ask me all the time: “What practises have actually helped you?”
There are so many things that have supported my healing journey over the past 12 years and
Here are some of them:
🧘♀️ Meditation. I started when I was at rock bottom. It calmed my amygdala (my brain’s fear centre) and helped me see the path ahead, instead of only my fears and gave energy to leave a toxic relationship.
🌬️ Holotropic breathwork. A guided session that really “cleaned my brain”. I felt newborn after the very first one. It helped to calm my nervous system and make better choices and step away from m addictive tendencies.
✋ EFT tapping. So beneficial for clearing limiting beliefs. It’s even part of how I found the courage to book my lead role in a TV show.
👁️ EMDR. Helped process some traumatic memories, instead of carrying them in my body.
🌙 Hypnotherapy. Wonderful for better sleep and overall stress management, and it supported a real shift toward more financial freedom. Highly recommend .sahrman
🌿 Plant medicine. It helped me build a deeper connection with myself and with nature, and gave me a profound sense of safety. My chronic back pain disappeared after the sessions.
💫 TRE. My go-to when I notice my body is storing stress as pain, usually in my neck or lower back.
What I want you to hear most: there are SO many practices that can help. The real key is to prepare and integrate them well, ideally always with an experienced practitioner or team. That’s where the deep, lasting shifts happen. 🙏
