A lot of people think they’re doing everything right because they’re “good” Monday through Friday.
But if your weekend calories bring your weekly average up to maintenance or above, fat loss can stall even when it feels like you’re trying hard all week.
This doesn’t mean weekends are bad.
It doesn’t mean you can’t ever eat out.
It just means your weekly average still matters.
Your body responds to your average intake over time, not just your best days.
