If your breakfast with yoghurt and granola or an avocadotoast doesn’t sustain you it might be worth trying with typical lunch or dinner food instead to see what what happens with your cravings.

Physically less swollen.”
“I felt lighter.”
“My cravings went away.”

These are the kinds of words we repeatedly hear from participants.

Small shifts, perhaps, but often exactly the kind women are longing for:
•a calmer stomach
•less heaviness
•more ease in the body
•more stable energy
•greater trust in their body

In Feasting while Fasting, we work with a clear and supportive structure for 5 days through thoughtfully composed meals, science-backed guidance, and support along the way.

The next round starts May 17.

A warm welcome if this speaks to you.

Plenty of flavors with limited effort!

5 minutes of preparations, 2-3 hours in the oven and you will be rewarded with an explosion of flavors, plenty of antioxidants and cancer fighting compounds.

Comment TOMATOES if you would like the recipe.

My favorite ways of enjoying the dish

🍅 Confit tomatoes, hummus, roasted veggies and stirfried soybeans.

🐟Baked cod with confit tomatoes, fresh spinach and lentil pasta

🫘Toasted bread w. beandip, confit tomatoes and seeds.

How will you serve yours?

Supporting metabolic health is not only about food.

It is also influenced by how the body experiences the start of the day.

A rushed, stressed morning can affect energy, appetite, cravings and blood sugar regulation. In midlife, that matters more than ever.

Sometimes support looks like food. And other times it looks like a slower start.

💫 Cuddling the bed.
🫖 Tea before emails.
☀️ Light before screens.
🌳 A short walk.
🧘 A little less rushing where it’s possible.

Do you have a ritual that works for you?

Cottage cheese with berries can be a great breakfast.
So can a lentil stew.

Some of my clients thrive on cottage cheese, others on pancakes, bread, or dinner leftovers.

Different cultures have different breakfast habits, and our bodies need different things.

In midlife, we don’t need to worry about what everyone else is thinking but more about whether it helps you feel:

steady
satisfied
well nourished

A good breakfast is not defined by its look.
It is defined by how your food is combined and how well it supports you.

Different expressions.
Same purpose.

Have you found a breakfast that suits you?

What used to work in your 30s may not work in the same way in midlife.

Not because you are failing.
But because your physiology is changing.

Perimenopause is not just about hormones.
It is also about metabolic health.

And once we understand that, we can support the body more intelligently.

Can you recognise this shift in yourself?

I hear from many women in peri/menopause who are trying to figure everything out on their own.

They Google, read, listen to podcasts, ask ChatGPT and yet something is missing.

It is because generic advice can only take us so far.

It can inform, but it cannot assess you.

It does not know your symptoms, your stress load, your stage of peri/menopause, or what your body actually needs.

That is where professional guidance different.

My job is not to add more noise.

It is to help women make sense of their situation, focus on what matters, and build a supportive way forward grounded in science, structure and personalized care.

Information is everywhere.
Clarity is something else.
