Even the most “healthy” diet
may not produce results for your skin
if you don’t consider meal timing.

For example:

Late dinner →
puffiness in the morning and a “tired” face

Infrequent meals →
sugar spikes → inflammation and dull skin

Lack of protein throughout the day →
decreased collagen production

Skin isn’t about one product
it’s about a system.
