This weekend I couldn’t resist striking a Warrior 2 right in the spot where I imagine myself teaching in the not-too-distant future.
Behind me, the mountain that will embrace our home. In front, the sea. Above, endless blue skies. The energy here is incredible and just imagine the vitamin D you’ll be soaking up on the terrace.
This will be a happy place. A place for connection, laughter, healing, or simply being. My hope is to welcome many likeminded souls, to teach, to collaborate, and to create a truly complete offering of wellness together.
For now, my head is full of design decisions: the floors, the walls, the décor. Ideas are welcome! And if you feel called to be part of this journey in any way, reach out.

So here we are. Off to my first Yoga Class in Spain...
not yet at 'H O L I S T I C A' but stay posted as I'm hoping to soon start holding space here for Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Soundhealing.

I have moved to Mijas Cala and am slowly settling in. Lots of doggie beach walks, dips in the sea, breakfast on the terrace. Little to complain about apart from missing all my friends and yogi clients.

The London Studio is still in full swing with Stef having taken over all my classes.

Só Happy.
Hosted my first ever Yin & Sound session tonight and to me this is it! This is the medicine! For the body, for the mind. Pure bliss and wellbeing.
A full house and lots of relaxed faces afterwards.

A new badge: EYT or experienced yoga teacher. For 4 years of teaching

How time flies. I love teaching yoga and hosting Soundbaths. I love stepping into my little studio.
Every. Single. Time.

I love all my clients, many of them who have come for years. I’m so grateful for them and all the joy and laughter they bring.

There are no regrets having changed career so late in life.
I was once told that maybe I didn’t need to become a teacher, that maybe I could just enjoy yoga as a student.
I can’t believe I listened to that advice for a while.
I’m so happy that in the end I found the courage to train, built my own studio and chase the dream ❤️
It’s like there is no before. This is it!
