I had just turned 50, and was suffering pretty bad with perimenopause having symptoms like vertigo, brain fog, stress sensetivity, frozen shoulder, itchy ears?, anxiety attacks in the car, weight gain and feeling so miserable.
I turned to a fasting therapist.
4 weeks of a new way of eating, taking food breaks, sleep hygiene and gentle exercise. Already 10 days in I felt a massive difference and after the 4 weeks I had lost 8 kg 🙌
