Just one week post-op, so this is very fresh. There is still some bruising, but the abdominal etching is already coming through beautifully.
The real story here is the buttocks. We grafted around 900 cc around and on top of her pre-existing implants. For patients who want more volume, working with your own tissue is far more favourable than exchanging implants for larger ones — and the change speaks for itself.
Her abdominal definition is coming in nicely too. We'll see the final result in a few months

For keeping patients genuinely happy, nothing comes close. It is often the most powerful reminder of what they actually achieved through surgery — far more convincing than any clinical photograph.

Here is a truly extreme example. The patient wore these stretch jeans before her operation, deliberately kept the photo, and sent us the comparison six months later in exactly the same pair.

Hip dips are not always a fat problem.

In many patients, the trochanteric depression goes inward because of the natural anatomy of the hip area and correcting it requires much more than simply adding volume.

In this case, Dr. Aslani focused on improving the lateral contour, softening the transition between waist, hip and buttock, and creating a smoother, more feminine silhouette.

Even with swelling still present, the change in proportion is already visible. As the edema resolves, the final contour will continue to refine.

A beautiful example of how advanced body contouring is about structure, balance and precision — not just size.
