Well this will be a special evening..

We’re going to be heading over to. Yorkshire linen for a glorious evening of meditation, sound therapy & relaxation..

You’ll get to bathe in the frequencies on their comfy beds!

Energy cleansing massages have been popular lately…in this heat that’s not been easy 😂

People often think that a massage needs to be strong and painful to be impactful but actually you have to be aware of what your body & energy requires in that moment. Often it’s softness.. as that allows us (our energy & our brain 🧠) to slow down!

These sessions are so intuitive and no treatment is the same.. so many different sensations are felt as we work through the energy field.

The journeys have been really interesting lately, the heart & solar plexus have been showing up for a lot of people.. to the point where I am only using one bowl instead of two on the body as they’re playing so strongly!
