Weekly prep, for my group classes..

There is so much that goes into these and I dare not skip any of these preparation steps as it’s me who faces the consequences after 🤣

Clearing the space and charging it energetically it’s so crucial and the same for after the sessions..

More often than not we are unaware of what energy we are holding onto. We are very susceptible to absorbing stuff from others and the world around us, some good some not so good. Therefore a cleansing before and after these journeys are essential. Just like you take a shower to clean your physical body you have to do the same for your energy body!!!

What a blessing to be able to share these experiences.

I love how each person feels it differently, melts into the experience in different ways and how they can manage to RELAX 🧘🏾‍♀️

We spend so much time out of our body, giving to others, focussing on others, investing our energy into external things and the beauty of these sound journeys is that it allows you to connect and tune inwards… the place we need to be 🕉️

Often some people feel selfish if they invest in themselves but for me it’s the best investment you can make.

When you focus on balancing your own energy and relaxing your nervous system it radiates deeply into your life and everything around you 🕉️
