What is tapping and why is it so effective?

Chakra tapping is a practice that combines gentle rhythmic tapping on specific areas of the body associated with the seven chakras with mindful breathing, intention and often affirmations. I quite like to do this in silence though as it allows you to tune inwards more..

It’s a way of bringing awareness to the body’s energy centres while using physical touch and rhythmic stimulation to encourage relaxation, emotional release and a sense of balance

It’s a great practice to do first thing in morning or last thing at night before you sleep. The pressure should be light not forceful 🫶🏽

I like to practice this with palms facing towards the front to receive the best energy

September involved lots of travel for me with the bowls, I love being invited to new places 🕉️🤍💕

Listening to the right frequencies = nervous system reset ✅

An instant fix.

I never understood this properly until I witnessed how calm I felt after playing the bowls. Even back at the beginning when I first started doing this, I had nerves before starting classes (I even get nerves now sometimes!!) but the second I start to play my whole energy field goes into relaxation and I feel so calm, my heartbeat slows down and my breathing becomes steady.
