Yes, it’s tiring, sore, exhausting and socially draining.
I probably moan a lot too 🤪 But I would absolutely never give it up….. even if lost all limbs I’d still be shouting and singing somewhere 🎶

But as soon as you press play on the music, the energy shifts, it becomes about them.

The energy in the energy in the room changes.

They motivate me.

The desire ,to create change, not just physically, but emotionally and socially too.

No matter your age, fitness level, or starting point, moving together is a powerful tool for empowerment.

It’s not always about being perfect—it’s about showing up for yourself, celebrating progress, and recognising your worth. I will even point this out to you when you don’t feel it.

Everyone is there for their own personal purpose and it’s my duty to fulfill it.

Something we don't generally think about...
Vitamin D deficiency.

Having received my blood results I noticed I was on the low side of Vitamin D.... basically deficient, which is kinda crazy considering in live in a sunshine filled country!

I also discovered that a lack of vitamin D can have an impact on my autoimmune condition. Which could explain why I have these awful energy dips in the afternoon.
Sunshine doesn't always mean your body will top its self up with Vitamin D and this is why it's crucial to make sure we can fill the rest of the cup up!

Low levels may contribute to:
✨ Fatigue
✨ Muscle weakness
✨ Low mood
✨ Poor recovery
✨ Increased inflammation

Vitamin D plays a huge role in:
✨ Supporting your immune system
✨ Keeping bones & muscles strong
✨ Boosting mood and energy
✨ Supporting thyroid health & metabolism

Low vitamin D levels may impact thyroid function, which can then affect energy, hormones, metabolism and even make fat loss feel harder.
