Waterness Journey™ is a modality designed to explore through improvised movement and quality of flow "the state of being Water" in partnership.

Waterness journey invites you to the exploration of being One with Water, through private sessions and group workshops. During ‘one on one’ Waterness session you are held, floated, massaged and gently conveyed to find your own movements, while the giver supports and follows your inner impulses in a safe environment. Waterness Journey workshops invite you to reach a deeper somatic connection while moving in water with others, using the breath awareness and the properties of water as main tools for the exploration. In both configurations, Waterness journey allows the receiver to potentially shift from passive to active, spontaneously interacting with the element and the giver. Merging into the dynamics of water, you play, investigate and share joyfully the specific motion and dance that arise from this flowing element.

What if training in aquatic bodywork became more than technical tools to float someone, but a way to reach the person and share a sacred space, a shared presence?

Waterness Journey trainings aim to cultivate tools of embodiment and patterns of identification, essential aspects of therapeutic presence with the other, while offering a steady, creative aquatic bodywork method.

Enriched by years of dance, yoga and psychosomatic practice, the training becomes a profound experience of the Self, in search of (self) knowledge, integration & meaningful human journey.
