The Full Moon 🌕is our Sister, Grandmother and she is medicinal, healing and a vital part of our beautiful ecosystem.
The Sea moves in a repeating dance forward, backward with Her.
Enchanting, lovefilled and magical.
Her whispers are soft and comforting like a soft hug, healing You from what weighs you down.
Moon Light glistering...take it all in.
Full Moons give us all we need to be free, to be emotionally well, to reflect Her in our full sovereign Essence and authentic Self without anything of lesser energy occupying our minds and lives.
She is the Sister who's softness always heals and blesses, and makes you feel loved.

The Full Moon 🌕 brings me back to my essence, and by being thrown back to jist Me, myself and I where worries , or anything else that is not serving me disappears by Full Moon 🌕magic it is this very peaceful time for which I feel very blessed.
I have my most dear memories of the Full Moon singing and dancing with my Rainbow Family of Living Love and Light in the peace of beautiful places deep in Nature.
I consciously make time every month to celebrate the Full Moon and this is where i find this tranquil, peaceful haven.

Sit with the Full Moon and if you feel sad , you will be comforted.
If you feel worried, your worries will be lifted.
If you feel stressed, you will be able to release it (you might need to dance ;)and feel calm again.
If you feel happy, your joy will be doubled!

Natural plant based clothing paint 💚

Yesterday and today i am painting my white and cream coloured secondhand clothing with olive leaves.
This time i bought a pre- made package of plantbased textile paint from Livos.
Because i started the pre- wash with the fixation material late yesterday evening i decided to finish the colour painting this morning.
After one hour it should be ready.

It will be quite dark green by the looks of it, but let's see.

Let's live without taboos 🩸❤️🧚🏻‍♀️✨

I do not want to provoke, as i realise in some cultures it is (more of a) taboo to menstruate.
As you can see i am using reusable pads and menstruation underwear.
It did not feel that comfortable today, but I was blessed to be able to not have to walk a lot and stay at home most of the day.
I usually bleed one-1,5 days in abundance wherein i either need double underwear and many toilet visits or i use a cup with my reusable menstruation products..and still go to the toilet a few times in that day.
I have begun to feel sensitive for the cup and i do not find it very comfortable most of the time, so on my third day of my Moontime i am just using reusable pads and menstrual underwear.

🩸During my Moontime and starting a few days before i uptake more iron in a natural supplement form, and try to eat as nourishing as possible, with whole foods vegan food with an emphasis on iron and omega-3.
What i eat is also intuitively guided, because sometimes so just love to eat very light with a good salad or a fruit plate and other days i love big bowls of whole wheat noodles, curry and scrumptious deserts with avocado's as a base and coconut sugar as a sweetener.
I have been steaming three days before the start of my Moontime, and also a lot of days in the weeks ahead after my last Moontime.
Why?
Well, last month my Moontime took about 4 days to really start well with a good flow, and I had some days with brown discharge and brown blood stains instead of a healthy red flow.
And it helped 🥰🩸
