Valahol az élet viharában elvész a lényeg, elveszel Te, elvész a lelked, minden és mindenki előbbrevalóbb lesz saját magadnál és ezt bizony nem lehet megúszni.

Azt tapasztalod, hogy minden reggel fáradtan ébredsz, szinte semmit sem alszol. Nehezedre esik reggel felkelni, borús gondolatok gyötörnek és erőd sincs kimászni az ágyból.

Nehezen indul a nap és nehezen is halad előre, dekoncentrált vagy és úgy érzed, hogy teljesen szétesik a napod.

Mire eljön az este, semmire sem vágysz jobban, mint hogy végre ki pihend magad.

Azonban, ha az alvásra gondolsz, el kezdesz szorongani és olyan gondolatok gyötörnek, hogy mi az amit rosszul csinálsz, miért nem bírsz aludni, miért nem bírsz leállni az agyalással.

Egyre fáradtabb és kétségbeesett vagy a helyzeted miatt. Nem tudod, hogy kihez fordulj segítségért.

Ezért a jól begyakorolt módszert választod és elmész orvoshoz, aki gyógyszert ír fel neked, vagy vitaminok szedését javasolja, de nem kérdezi meg, hogy min mész keresztül az utóbbi időben. Kaphatsz esetleg tanácsokat tőle, hogy ne stresszelj, változtass életmódot, ne agyalj annyit. Mindezt te is tudod, de a "Hogyan?" Kérdésre már nincs válasz.

Természetesen nincs egymondatos válasz ezekre a kérdésekre, nincs instant megoldás a problémákra.

Ha viszont megtanulod, hogy hogyan kommunikálj önmagaddal, hogyan találd meg a belső békéd, akkor az elméd is lecsendesedik és alvásproblémáid is leredukálódnak.

Time can solve everything! Is it true? Or maybe you need to do something or just waiting?

If you live a stressful life, and you have difficulty coping with daily stress and you struggle with insomnia, then you are at the right place.

Everyone wants to live a peaceful life, and you also want to be able to go ahead easily on your way.
But the repressed emotions don't let you to be in peace, the anger, the sadness, the stress, the anxiety don't let you to sleep in the night.

In the evening you can not fall asleep because your thoughts are overwhelming you and you don't know how to stop this storm.
The overthinking prevents you getting into a proper state of sleeping and your first reaction is that you try to fall asleep by force but the problem is that this doesn't work.
Becaue sleep is an involuntary function that requires an appropriate external and internal state for the realization. The brain needs to be in a relative state of rest, the mind needs to be in peace and the muscles need to be relaxed and you can not create this state by force.
And after a night like this your day is a struggle for not falling asleep.
It's even harder to hide from your colleagues your tiredness during all day in your work.

The fatigue ruins even those hours when you would feel a little bit better.
When it comes the time to go to bed, the anxiety increases, and you worry about whether you will be able to sleep.
Your brain can not get into the proper state of sleeping because of the impact of anxiety and your muscles remain in standby mode so they can not relax.

You may feel lost in your process right now and there's nothing that you need more than to finally get a restful sleep.
There's nothing you want more than to finally have a day when you are not tired to death.

You would feel content if you finally had a few quiet hours when you weren't tormented by thoughts related to insomnia, the worry about whether you would be able to sleep for a few hours in the following night.

When you feel like you can't handle the situation anymore, it is normal that you start searching for solutions.
At some point you make a mistake during the process of searching.
And this mistake is you start to think that there is something wrong with you and your brain is not working properly.
The market responds to this misconception by offering various fast, easy and "effective" solutions as sleeping pills, sedatives, vitamins etc.
Summarizing, solutions that seem easy and effective from outside.
And I know that you tried all of this but nothing changes.
The fact is that you can not solve a situation that has developed over a long period of time with some pills or any diets.

The problem is with all of these fast solutions that they are not really help you and even they cause addiction.
And the biggest problem is that they hide the real problem the fact that the cause of insomnia is unresolved emotional stress and the overthinking which is the result of the unresolved emotional conflicts.

I know that the far away hardest work in life is the self-healing job but this is what is most worth it.
I started this journey with yoga. And believe me I have been through the suffering that you are experiencing nowadays.
I lived sleepless nights, the anxiety, the overthinking, the pain in my muscles, endless days of crying-out, the loneliness, the anger, the sadness...
I learnt two, very important things from my process.

One of them is you never should hide your emotions. I mean you need to allow yourself to feel your emotions. I know that most of us grew up in a situation where expressing negative emotions, such as crying or anger, was punished by the adults who rounded us or simply not validated or allowed. As a result of the above mentioned treatment, we learned that the most of the emotions must be hidden for fear of being ashamed.
It's time to change all these misconceptions.
Another very important thing that I learned from my process is to find the method to treat my emotions, my mind, my overthinking and my body and the yoga is the best way for me.

For those who suffer from sleeping disorders, who sit behind a desk in the office and who do high mental activity and do not know how to relax their brains.

Are you suffer too from overthinking and about that you can’t sleep well?

You wake up at night and your brain keeps going, you don’t know how to calm your mind?Don’t know why you can’t fall asleep easily and why you can’t fall back asleep when you wake up at night?
What keeps you awake at night?
The main cause of sleeping disorders and the accompanying overthinking is the stress associated with insomnia.
It’s a huge stress when we experience night after night that we can’t fall asleep or we wake up again and again.
This stress speeds up the body at all levels, including the mental level.
This stress is the reason you can’t get back to sleep if you wake up at night.
The stress of insomnia is what makes you unable to sleep at night.
When the same thing happens over and over again, that is, you wake up on the middle of the night, you start to worry, upset that you can’t sleep again and that you’ll be tired again the next day.
It’s a vicious circle because insomnia causes stress and exhaustion and stress causes insomnia.

What is the way to get out of this vicious circle?
Sedatives? Sleeping pills? Herbal teas? Antidepressants ?
My clients say it would be best for them to get a good night’s sleep if they could turn off their brains if they could calm their minds.
But what about the pills ?
Did you know that all sedatives and sleeping pills causes addiction?
Pills cannot bring inner peace and silence.
So what to do ?
1. Close the day emotionally before falling asleep.
2. Get a move on. Stress also causes muscle tension. The easiest way to get stress out of the body is through massage and yoga.
3. Learn how to meditate because this is the key to calm your mind to take off your overthinking.

Thoughts after a meditation...

The biggest investment is invested work in self-acceptance. This is the way to extend the unconditional love and the empathy.
Nothing separates us more than our old painful patterns and our fears.
It's time to let go everything, it's time to cure every hurts, it's time to forgive ourselves and others for our choices.
It's time to love from the highest point of view of the Creator.
