A private space inside Objetivo Óptimo designed for:

• 1:1 supervised biomechanical training
• Rehab-focused strength work
• Movement correction & return to sport
• Personal practice sessions

You can train with us or rent the space for 30/45 minutes to work on your routine, film content, or move without distractions.
