Happy solstice 🌞✨
The sun was at its highest point. And so were we.

Once a year, the light reaches its peak and we chose to meet it together.

Two days. Eight guides. One community gathered in the heart of Palma to release, awaken and become.

Together we are stronger. Together we shine brighter.

Thank you for showing up — for yourselves, for each other, for this practice.

And thank you to the eight humans who held the space with so much love, knowledge and devotion:

Y nosotros también.

Una vez al año, la luz alcanza su pico y elegimos encontrarnos en él. Juntos.

Dos días. Ocho guías. Una comunidad reunida en el corazón de Palma para soltar, despertar y convertirse.

This is not a regular Sunday class. This is a once-a-year practice that marks something in the body and the soul.

Each round an offering. Each breath a surrender. What begins as effort becomes flow. What feels like a challenge becomes liberation.

108 Saludos al Sol · Solsticio de Verano

El día más largo del año. El sol en su punto más alto. Y 108 rondas de movimiento, respiración y entrega — juntos.

Esta no es una clase de domingo cualquiera. Es una práctica que ocurre una vez al año y que marca algo en el cuerpo y en el alma.

Cada ronda una ofrenda. Cada respiración una entrega. Lo que empieza como esfuerzo se convierte en flujo. Lo que parece desafiante se vuelve liberación.
