Women have spent decades following diets that count calories, restrict certain foods and yet still they rarely get the lasting results they’re after 😳
When you deprive yourself of the things you love they become all the more attractive…it’s human nature!
It leaves you feeling guilty for wanting those ‘treats’ then regretting your actions when you ‘give in’ to temptation 🫢
I don’t agree with choosing between being healthy and being happy…in my world you can absolutely have both!
One of my clients has a food intolerance, sugar is contributing to her cravings and she would love to be able to eat ice-cream and cake 🍦🍰
But she knows that, if she eats it, it won’t agree with her and she’ll pay the price by the way her body reacts.
And she feels that she’s missing out.
When women work with me, I make sure they can have their ‘cake’ and eat it…it just might take on a slightly different form!
But it’ll be even more delicious, much more satisfying and I guarantee their body and future health will be extremely grateful.
Being healthy doesn’t have to mean missing out, neither does it have to be boring!
I don’t teach women how to deprive themselves…far from it!
I teach them how to create a life of eating that they absolutely love! 😋
Because no one wants to live a life where they feel that they’re constantly missing out!
