LETS LIE DOWN BABBEEEE!!!!!

I am so exited to be slowing down next Friday .brixton with amazing sound from .nyakas

Right now I am finding it hard to feel absolutely frazzled without dedicating time to actually bloody lying down.

Ofc stopping and slowing down can feel challenging, so we will try on lots of different ways to rest and hopefully some of them will feel cosy and comfy!

I HAVE BEEN THINKING A LOT ABOUT SMALLNESS AND CONTROL.

Being yourself, right now, really is an act of defiance.

I don’t want to look like everybody else.

I don’t want the new insecurities being pumped to me in order to sell more products.

I don’t want to be small, really in any sense of the word.

And even tho thats all true, how loud the messages are to be small still feel hard to ignore.

So a reminder to myself and to you, there are options than shrinking any part of you or conforming.

And if I’m hungry all the time I’m no bloody use to anyone xx
