I recently spent the morning with the wonderfully talented photographer Gemma Brunton for a lifestyle branding shoot at the stunning Can Bordoy Grand House & Garden in Palma. With its timeless architecture, enchanting cobbled courtyard and tranquil atmosphere, it was the perfect backdrop to create imagery that feels authentic, elegant and unmistakably Mallorca.

Whether you’re a wellness practitioner, retreat host, boutique hotel or conscious entrepreneur, your imagery is often the first connection people have with your brand. Great photography doesn’t just showcase what you do - it communicates who you are.

One diagnosis changed everything. But not in the way I expected.

Around one in three women over 50 will develop osteoporosis, yet many of us know remarkably little about bone health until we're faced with a diagnosis ourselves.

This week I've shared the most personal article I've ever written.

It's the story of how one bone density scan sent me on a six-month journey through fear, research, second opinions and ultimately a much deeper understanding of women's health.

It isn't about rejecting modern medicine.

It's about asking better questions.

It's about recognising that every woman deserves to be seen as more than a number on a scan.

Most importantly, it's about raising awareness of bone health before a diagnosis arrives.

Because prevention is always better than cure.

This is Part One.

Part Two will explore everything I learned about nutrition, resistance training, hormones and lifestyle strategies that support lifelong bone health.

What happens when strangers from different corners of the world come together with a shared intention to pause, reconnect and simply be?

Here I’ll be sharing the island through the eyes of a long-time local: its beauty, energy and hidden magic. Expect soulful places, inspiring people, unique experiences, wellness retreats, gifted practitioners, as well as wellness and longevity tips - the kind of lifestyle that make you feel more alive.

From secret corners most visitors never discover, to beautiful spaces that truly nurture wellbeing - this is Mallorca through a deeper, more authentic lens.

Alongside the blog, I also write The Wellness Column for the Mallorca Bulletin and work as a buyer’s agent specialising in wellness-led properties - helping clients find homes that perfectly support their desired lifestyle on the island.
