Ashtanga Vinyasa, Children's yoga, Pranayama, Chanting, Ayurvedic health and wellness Anneli studied Ashtanga, Vinyassa.

Anneli discovered yoga whilst working at Sea on Cruise Ships in 1997. It wasn't until her travels in Thailand, that yoga became a passion and even more so by 2010, whilst attending Antenatal classes in The Self Centre. It was not long before Annelis passion turned into a life style, especially after the birth of her daughter Grace. This New found life style turned Anneli,s direction to studying in

a Teacher Training course , First with the (BWY) British wheel of yoga 10 Month foundation course. Following on from the first course, Anneli decided to travel to the state of Goa in India to immerse herself in the Art of Yoga. and Pranyama beathing technics, while all the time understanding the deep meaning of yoga philosophy and finally gaining her 300 hour Yoga Alliance certification with a 91% pass. Next stop on Annelis Yoga journey, brought her to Dubai to train for Yoga Alliance certification in groovy kids yoga teaching for 3-13 year old Children. Now she is qualified, and is looking forward to teaching the younger generations about the wonders of the ancient Art of Yoga. Anneli believes Yoga has been her inner Hero, for so many reasons especially balance of the Mind, Her Inner and Outer strength and most of all, the positive happy outlook on life. Anneli combines Yoga with Health, Beauty, Juicing, and Detox towards her commitment to Longevity Of Life. Say positive words

Nsmaste beautiful souls, here in the UK this whole year to date we have had rain every day,,! Really, everyday 😮
So it brings us to focus on the 8 limbs of yoga , not only to meditate move and breath, yet more importantly - niyamas - self observation and self discipline. This for me personally is where I really am having to place a stronger awareness and better intentions to make all the rest of the 8 limbs flow with balance from week to week. Having to get on the mat, and not go straight to the sofa cuddled up with blankets! Which by the way Is the ultimate winter comfort.
So better discipline truly is in order x
