People often come for a sound bath in a moment when life is feeling a little too heavy.

Sometimes it's when something life changing is going down. Sometimes it's because the past week has asked too much of them. Everyone's got a story.

I don't need you to have it all together. In fact, I love when people feel safe enough to fall apart....

It means I've created a place that feels safe enough for you to soften. To loosen your grip. To come apart in whatever way you need to without judgement or expectation.

I love being that place for you.

Because the moments we stop fighting ourselves are often the moments something begins to shift. Not rushing to fix it. Not forcing ourselves to push through. Just noticing what's there, allowing it to be felt, and trusting that what needs to move will move.

If my sessions can offer you even a small bubble of that kind of safety, then they've done exactly what they were meant to do

Why are floating sound baths so special?

It's the combination of sound and water..

The water gently carries the sound vibrations beneath you, while the subtle movement while you float invites your nervous system into an even deeper state of relaxation.

As you float, your body sinks in to the comfort of a floaty, feeling weightless, allowing your muscles to soften and your mind to let go.
