At the beginning of a sound healing session, I’ll invite you to set an intention.

Your intention becomes the quiet little north star for your session ✨

Not something you need to force.
Not something you need to “achieve”.
Just a feeling, a thought, or a gentle reminder to return to whenever the mind floats off elsewhere.

It could be:
♡ softness
♡ clarity
♡ trust
♡ rest
♡ letting go
♡ coming back to yourself

During the sound bath, your intention becomes an anchor. Something steady to return to amongst the waves of sound, sensation, and thought.

And afterwards… it doesn’t have to stay in the room.

You can carry it home with you.
Write it in your journal.
Sit with it during quiet moments.
Let it slowly weave into your everyday life.
See if anything unfolds.

Sometimes the smallest intentions become the biggest shifts 🤍

You don’t need to be asleep to deeply rest.

During sound healing, the body begins to shift out of that alert, “on guard” state…

and into slower alpha & theta brainwave states.

These are the same states you move through

꩜ just before you fall asleep

꩜ during meditation

꩜ when you’re completely absorbed in something calming

Your mind might still be aware… noticing sounds, drifting in and out of thoughts…

but your body is already resting more deeply than usual.

This Sunday, we’re holding an evening of restorative yoga, pranayama & sound healing at Alinea Yoga Ibiza

A slow, nourishing two hour journey to support regulation, release, and rest.

What we’ll explore together:

🌬️ Kapalabhati pranayama to gently energise, cleanse, and clear stagnant energy

🕉️ Restorative movement with props, allowing the body to be fully supported as we ease into each posture

🪷 A closing sound journey with gong and crystal singing bowls, guiding you into deep rest and integration
