No Dairy. No Added Sugar. Just 100% Tropical Magic. ✨
Looking for the ultimate refreshment that actually loves you back? This Dragon Fruit Sorbet is vibrant, creamy, and packed with antioxidants—without any of the inflammatory stuff. 🐉✨
Ingredients:
2 cups Frozen red dragon fruit cubes (for that intense magenta pop!)
1 Ripe frozen banana (provides natural creaminess & sweetness)
1 tbsp Fresh lime/lemon juice (to brighten the flavors)
Optional splash: Coconut water or nut milk (only if needed for blending)
Method:
Prep: Peel and cube your dragon fruit and banana. Freeze cubed dragon fruit and bananas overnight for the best texture.Toss and blend the frozen fruit , lime juice and coconut water into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Process: Pulse until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a tiny splash of coconut water.
Serve: Enjoy immediately as soft-serve or freeze in a container for 2 hours for perfect scoops!
