✨ 8 Years Ago, I was coming Home... ✨

EIGHT years ago today, I was sitting on the floor of my recently sold flat in London whilst the removal van was on its way to move back to Spain.

I came back with a dream in my heart...to start fresh, to build a life on my own terms, to dive into entrepreneurship and live with purpose.

I left behind so many experiences, friends and aquentancies, a susceccul career in luxury retail.
I wanted a change, a new beginning.

But more than anything, I came to be close to my mum.
I had no idea then just how precious that time would become.

Being by her side during her illness was one of the most profound, soul-shifting experiences of my life. Her grace, her strength, and our shared moments changed me forever.

Now, I walk beside my dad through his chapter, not an easy at times, carrying her spirit with us every step of the way.

In these 8 years, life has broken me open and rebuilt me in the most unexpected and beautiful ways, and still does EVERY SINGLE DAY 🙌🏻

⚜️The lost of my mum to cancer
⚜️ Healing the relationship with my dad
⚜️Strengthen the bond with my sisters and family
⚜️ I’ve forged new, soul-deep friendships.
⚜️I’ve rekindled and deepened old ones.
⚜️ I’ve discovered a new purpose, one that feels more aligned than ever.
⚜️ More studies, courses, discoveries to not just self evolution but to support others too

⚜️ And I’ve built a new life from the ground up, not just to work, but to live as it allows me to have time freedom to enjoy a very different lifestyle from London.

As our elders so perfectly put it:
“You’re living a new life within your life.”
And they’re right.We all have that, many lives within our lives. 💃🏻

This version of me holds more love, more wisdom, more courage...and a whole lot more gratitude, tons of gratitude despite the constant learning and some upheavals 🙏🏻

Thank you to everyone who has walked with me through this chapter...near or far, old friends or new.

You’ve helped shape this journey, and I’m deeply thankful.

Here’s to many more years of growth, grief, grit, and grace.

And to the next chapter… written with love, purpose, and a wild, open heart. 💜

Lo que sucede… procede

¿Habías oído ésta frase antes?

¿Sabes qué?

Hay momentos en la vida en los que todo parece invitarte a parar, a mirar hacia dentro, a recolocarte. Días en los que la vida te hace pequeños guiños para recordarte que el verdadero enfoque no está fuera… sino en ti.

En estos días de introspección, siento cómo la mirada cambia. Ya no desde la niña herida que busca, que espera, que reacciona… sino desde la mujer adulta que observa, que guía y que sostiene con amor y conciencia.

No se trata de negar la herida, sino de reconocerla sin quedarnos atrapadas en ella. De dejar atrás el posible victimismo y elegir el equilibrio. De practicar el auto-maternaje abrazándonos, escuchándonos y acompañándonos.

Honrando lo femenino que siente, que fluye, que intuye…
Reconociendo lo masculino que sostiene, que estructura, que protege…

Apoyándonos desde dentro.
Cuidándonos sin juicio.
Acompañándonos con presencia.

La vida sigue poniendo pruebas… no como castigo, sino como invitación:
¿De verdad has integrado lo que sabes?
¿Puedes encarnarlo en tu día a día?

Y aquí estoy… sintiendo, integrando, avanzando.

Valentine’s Day, for me, is no longer about roses or romance.
It is about remembrance.

Five years ago, on a Sunday Valentine’s Day, my mother's soul gathered all of us around at home...her soul knew it was time to depart but little did we .

Her room was filled with a love so deep it felt like a soft golden light.

She said goodbye in her own subtle way to each of us.

Every word, every look, every breath is still alive in my heart.

One conversation that day changed how I see death forever.

She showed me that love doesn’t end , it simply changes form.

So now, when I think of the day I will leave this earth, I no longer fear it…because I know she will be there, arms open, welcoming me home too.

She is with me in everything I do.
In every step I take.
In every place I travel.
In the quiet voice that still reminds me
Stay in your lane. Honor your energy. Everyone is walking their own path. Avoid low vibration situations and behaviour. Choose love.

Tomorrow marks five years since her passing, and these days are not about loss

they are about honoring her
celebrating her
and thanking her for the greatest gift of all...
bringing me into this world and also granting me the sacred honor of being with her as she took her final breath in my arms.

I was the first person to feel her warmth when I came into this world, and I was the last one when she left for home 🫂

Love is not something we celebrate once a year.
Love is eternal.
Love is memory.
Love is spirit.
Love is the way our souls recognize each other beyond time.

Today, I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day.
I celebrate her.
And the love that never dies

I love you forever and ever
Until we meet up again you live in my heart

🌹 VIERNES 13 🌕

El día que intentaron borrar el poder femenino… y no pudieron

¿Sabías que mucho antes de ser considerado un día de “mala suerte”, el Viernes 13 era uno de los días más sagrados del calendario femenino?

Viernes viene de Freya, diosa nórdica del amor, la se*******ad, la magia y la soberanía femenina.

El número 13 era el número de la Luna…
de los ciclos menstruales…
de la mujer que sangra, crea y renace.

13 lunas en un año.
13 ciclos en un cuerpo femenino.
13 como símbolo de vida, muerte y regeneración.

Este día era honrado por las sacerdotisas, las mujeres medicina, las guardianas del linaje lunar.

También en un Viernes 13 de 1307 los Caballeros Templarios, portadores de antiguos conocimientos sobre María Magdalena, el femenino sagrado y los misterios de Venus fueron perseguidos y aniquilados.

Y con ellos…
se intentó silenciar el poder femenino,
la sabiduría del útero,
el linaje de la Rosa,
la energía de María Magdalena.

Desde entonces,

el Viernes 13 fue marcado como “maldito”
para que olvidáramos quiénes éramos.

Pero el cuerpo recuerda.
La Luna recuerda.
La sangre recuerda.

Hoy, Viernes 13, no es para temer. Es para recordar.

Recordar que somos soberanas.
Que nuestra intuición es verdad.
Que nuestra se*******ad es sagrada.
Que nuestra ciclicidad es poder.

Y para mí…

este día es especial porque mi alma lo reconoce.
Porque María Magdalena camina conmigo.
Porque mi trabajo es ayudar a las mujeres a volver a su templo interior. Llevo años trabajando con las fases de la luna, la sabiduría femenina ancestral y el legado que nos dejó.

Incluso he creado un Diario Lunar llamado "Luna y Mujer" como herramienta de autoconicimeto donde explorar nuestra energía, emociones y todo aquello que acontece tanto en la fases lunes como en el ciclo menstrual.

Hoy no huyo del 13.
Lo honro.

Hoy no me escondo.
Me recuerdo.

Making peace with the masculine in my life didn’t change the past ...

It changed my nervous system.

When I released resentment and began to understand his wounds, something softened inside me.

That inner peace didn’t just affect my relationship with the masculine ...it changed my relationship with money, support, and receiving.

Healing creates stability.
And stability creates abundance.
