🚨 When a Customer Asks for “Extra Services”… What Should a Massage Therapist Do?
Some people come to a massage shop but ask for “special services,” or start making inappropriate comments or touching the massage therapist inappropriately.
A massage therapist does not have to smile and accept it just to keep a customer.
Stop the massage, step back to a safe distance, and clearly say:
🇬🇧 “We provide professional massage only. No sexual services.”
If the customer continues…
❌ Stop the massage immediately.
❌ Leave the room and inform the owner or a colleague.
❌ Document the incident and do not accept that customer again.
❌ If you are being harassed or feel unsafe, seek help immediately.
Don’t be afraid of losing a customer. Someone who does not respect your boundaries is not a customer your business needs to keep.
🤍 Massage therapy is a profession. A massage therapist’s body is not an extra service, and saying “NO” does not have to come with a smile.

No ofrecemos servicios sexuales.”
❌ Si estás siendo acosada o no te sientes segura, pide ayuda inmediatamente.
