Our innovative dealcoholizing process, without adding any additives, guarantees the preservation of the aromas & flavours to get a high quality wine with less than 0.03% alcohol, which ensures its Halal certification. As a result, we obtain non-alcoholic wine keeping all the aroma, fl

avour and body characteristics of ordinary wine, but without alcohol. Moreover, it also preserves the good components for our health already existing in the original wine, such as polyphenols, anthocyanins and antioxidants.
